ICODEHS commissions a borehole at Burma Camp and a school block at Adenta

A mechanized borehole fitted with overhead reservoir water tankers was commissioned by the Islamic Council for Development and Humanitarian Services (ICODEHS) at Burma Camp Accra.

The project was financed by Mohammed Bun Rashid of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The ceremony was graced by officials of ICODEHS led by Sheikh Mustapha Ibrahim in the presence of Senior Military men including Major O. B. Akwa, Chief of Army Staff, and Brigadier General Musah Whaja General Officer of the Southern Command and Brigadier General F Afari Commander of the Support Services Brigade Group.

They commended ICODEHS and the donors of the project and promised that the beneficiaries of the water project would put it to good use. In another development ICODEHS also commissioned an eight classroom block with and office and a place of convenience at Adenta in Accra. It was financed by Abu Dhabi Red Crescent.

The Chairman of the ICODEHS sheikh Mustapha Ibrahim who spoke on the projects commended the donors who have made it their duty to pursue their generosity to the needy worldwide. He promised that ICODEHS will to continue to extend similar projects that include school blocks, mosques and orphanages throughout the country.
