Nigeria?s Minister of Information, Mr. Labaran Maku, has boasted that the All Progressives Congress (APC) will be booted out of government in Nasarawa come 2015 and stylishly declared his intention to become the next governor of Nasarawa State in 2015.
Mr. Maku said as a former student union leader, former commissioner and deputy governor of the state, he is in a better position to identify the problems of the youth.
He said that in 2015, there would be new ?generational leadership? in the state.
Addressing party supporters at a meeting with Eggon Political Elders Forum in Endehu, Nassarawa-Eggon Local Government Area of the state, Mr. Maku said the masses in the state have decided to vote out APC government.
?This was evident during the last Local Governments election in the state where PDP won 11 out of 13 LGAs before the result was changed by the state electoral body,? Mr. Maku said.
?Even though that election was organised by APC government, PDP was declared winner in four local governments, in addition to so many Councillors apart from the seven that was snatched from the PDP.?
