In his post-match interview with the Turkish media after the game, the thrilled Portuguese football coach applauded Inkoom for his professionalism to the game following his move to the city of Antalya.

He understands the game better and his timely interceptions, runs and passes are great and we hope to keep him here for a longer period. His performances in the league is absolutely worth-noting.”

On his part, Samuel Inkoom, 26, thanked the ‘Akrepler’ headcoah for his kind words and hopes to reach greater heights with his Antalyaspor mates. He told the 90 MINUTES Newspaper: “I am happy with the team’s current performances and together with them [team-mates], we will do our best to move the club forward. I am also happy [with my performances]. Success is the result of perfection, hard work, learning from failure, loyalty, and persistence.”
