— Ethiopia has reached on the verge of achieving a record volume of annual export coffee, according to the Ethiopian Ministry of Trade (MoT).

The country has exported over 174,000 tons of coffee during the past eleven months which was 96 percent of the targeted 180,000 tons. In terms of export revenue for the period, the nation has obtained more than 620 million dollars, out of the 766 million dollars planned for the period. (Ethiopian Broadcasting Corporation/EBC)

— Pharmaceuticals Fund and Supply Agency of Ethiopia is going to dump 69 million condoms due to poor quality.

— Additional 499,000 metric tons of grain purchased for people affected by the El Nino induced drought will arrive home as of next Monday, said the Ethiopian National Disaster Risk Management Commission.
