Kumasi Shooting: Victim Recuperating Nicely

Issah Abdul Rahman, the man who sustained gunshot wounds during yesterday’s shooting incident at the Ashanti Regional office of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in Kumasi, is now in a stable condition.

A source of the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH), where he is currently receiving treatment told the Ghana New Agency that he is responding to treatment.

Rahman, got seriously wounded in a shootout, which occurred at the said place and claimed one life.

The incident happened when gun-wielding men on motor-bikes stormed on the Party’s premises and started shooting indiscriminately.

This was during a meeting of some national executive members and the Ashanti Regional heads of the Party.
