The funeral rites of the late Nana Kojo Jekrahuda Jehu- Appiah would be held at the International Press Centre in Accra from Friday November 3 to Sunday November 5.
According to the family, the body would be laid in state at the Ghana International Press Centre in Accra from Friday November 3 to Saturday November 4.
The body would then be conveyed on Saturday November 4, for burial at the family Cemetery at Mozano in the Central Region.
Prophet Monknajeeba Fiifi Jehu-Appiah (Akaboha IV and General Prophet of Musama Disco Christo Church(MDCC), Chief Mourner for the entire Jehu-Appiah family, who announced this in Accra, said the funeral activities would however continue at the Ghana International Press Centre on Saturday November 4 and that a memorial service would be held on Sunday, November 5 at the MDCC Central-Branch, James Town, Accra.
Nana Kodjo, as he is affectionately called, died on Monday, September 11, at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital, after a short illness.
Nana Kodjo was survived by his wife, Mrs Vera Ama Zodanu Jehu-Appiah and two children – Nana Kodjo Jehu-Appiah Junior and Nana Efuah Jehu-Appiah.
Nana Kodjo was a trained journalist, who attended the University of Ghana, the Ghana Institute of Journalism, St. John’s Grammar School and Swedru Secondary School.
Chief Mourners are; Prophet Monknajeeba Fiifi Jehu-Appiah (Akaboha IV and General Prophet MDCC), Reverend Jubamolda Kweku Jehu-Appiah (Head of Jehunano Family), Mozano, Madam Merdnota Efuah Jehu-Appiah Accra, Pastor Komatopa Ebo Jehu-Appiah Accra, Dr, Komasteem Ebo Jehu-Appiah Accra Rev. Judanopa Abdi Jehu-Appiah Accra, Rev. J. K. K. Begyena; Mozano Rev. Benjamin K. Amoah (District Pastor Accra Central), and Mrs Vera Ama Zodanu Jehu-Appiah widow.
Others are: Chief Hamza Peregrino-Brimah (Head of the Brimah and Peregrino Family; Suley Peregrino-Brimah (Head of Nii Akoto-Lamptey); Nii Anarkai II (Asare dzasetse), Adotei Moffat Brown, Moffat Coffees Families of K. Sempe of Korle-Bu, Osu Bloigodo and Adabraka.
The rest are: Madam Margaret Nina Crentsil and siblings, Hajia Zuulie and siblings, Rafiru Peregrino-Brimah and siblings, Sheila Peregrino-Brimah and siblings, Mary Vanderpuye and siblings, Daniel Odartey Peregrino-Brimah, and siblings, Philomena Ankrah and siblings, Joseph Lamptey and siblings, and the entire membership of Musama Disco Cristo Church, and the entire family wishes to invite all to mourn the departure of Nana Kodjo Jakerahuda Jehu-Appiah.

Meanwhile hundreds of media and communication practitioners, politicians and the general public continue to pay tribute to the memory of the late Nana Kodjo Jakrahuda Jehu-Appiah as they signed a Book of Condolences opened at the Ghana News Agency office in Accra.
