
Liberia on Friday recorded 11 new cases of COVID-19, bringing the tally to 152, according to the country’s health authorities.
The West African country has recorded a total of 18 deaths, most of which occurred outside the designated treatment centers, Mosoka Fallah, head of the National Public Health Institute of Liberia, told reporters.
To date, 45 patients have been discharged, while 89 cases are still active and receiving treatment. A total of 746 contacts of the confirmed cases are being traced amid a national lockdown, Fallah added. Enditem
