A man in his later thirties is on the run for his dear life after his community and some Ghanaians disclosed that he is bisexual (Gay).

The whereabouts of Samule Narh, who was born into a Christian family at zodiac street in the greater Accra region of Ghana is still unknown.

A family member who pleaded anonymity told this online portal in an interview in Accra on Friday.
The source said their son has been a bisexual(homosexual) since July 2020, but the family got to know about it at the time the incident happened.

According to the family member, Samuel Narh has been warned never to step into the family house as his conduct is forbidden by the Christian religion.

The family member recalled that on 6th January, 2021, Samuel Narh run for cover to his uncle’s house at Tema in the evening with bruises on several parts of his body and upon questioning he disclosed that, some guys chased and beat him up that nearly cos him his life because he is bisexual(homosexual).

Samuel Narh further disclosed that, he and his partner Kwadjo Dua were attacked by a group of people called “ASOKORE MMA” at Kasoa in the Central Region who beat us to pulp which unfortunately resulted in the death of Kwadjo Dua, but luckily Samuel was able to escape.

The family stated that, serious threats were levelled against them on the 28th of December, by the same group of people.

The Uncle of Samuel Narh, who wants to remain anonymous explained to this portal that, majority of the family members have cut ties with Samuel adding his nephew has brough shame and disgrace to the family and that they will administer justice in accordance to Christianity.

He said “I want the world to know that we disapprove of Narh’s conduct in our family and community we detest homosexuality.

The uncle of Samuel at Tema said that “I am therefore appealing to the authorities of where Samuel Narh is, to grant him permission to stay there permanently because the hoodlums will kill him if they lay hands on him.

Violence against the LGBTQ2+ been a challenge for years. Consensual sex among same sex adult men in Ghana is still illegal in the country, punishable by five years in prison.
