The Marwako fast food supervisor Jihad Chaaban who was charged with assault has been granted bail by an Accra Magistrate Court.
Chaaban who is to r-appear in court on March 20, 2017 is also expected to report himself twice a week, Tuesdays and Fridays.
The suspended Marwako supervisor was given bail conditions of GHC20,000.00 with two sureties.
Chaaban who was remanded on March 8, 2017 is alleged to have dipped the face of his Ghanaian subordinate in hot blended pepper after delaying with her responsibilities.
He was suspended by management of Marwako after the case emerged.
The victim, Evelyn Boakye who was in court today narrated her ordeal through cross examination.
The prosecution ended its cross-examination but Chaaban’s lawyer Julio De Medeiros could not finish cross-examining Evelyn.
The prosecution announced that it may call at least five witnesses to testify in court.
