The collaboration, according to her, would help the police to reduce response time whenever they are alerted of crime by the Master Alarms’ 24/7 operated control room.
?We look forward to a full-time collaboration with Ghana Police. We are still talking to them because a thorough research indicates to us that the police are well equipped with all the necessary logistics and men to do their job. However, they lack adequate information to enable the efficiency of rapid response to crime in Ghana,” she remarked.
Mrs. Sagoe mentioned that, when an emergency alarm is triggered from their clients’ premises, Master Alarms’ control picks up that alarm immediately and contact the client to find out whether it is a true or false alarm.
If the alarm is true, a Master Alarms officer on duty contacts the nearest police station to pass on the information of the crime or attack.
The Master Alarms security system operates with IP cameras, which allows clients to view and monitor live video remotely via their mobile phones, IPads , laptops or any? computerized device anywhere they are in the world.
Master Alarms’ innovative security technology also allows clients to receive real time alerts. The Administrator explains how their video monitoring system is different from the traditional CCTV cameras where videos are recorded on a DVR.
With Master Alarms she mentioned, videos are saved in the cloud preventing criminals to have access to saved videos to tamper with crime evidence.
She urged Ghanaians and the general public to be security conscious, especially with the Christmas holidays approaching.

Master Alarms is a subsidiary of Rigworld International Services, a Ghanaian owned logistics service providing company that provides rig services for drilling contractors working here and other related industries.
Master Alarms currently operates in Ghana offering security services to residential apartments, corporate bodies and some retail shops across the country.
Master Alarms has also been registered successfully in Nigeria and hope to commence business in the most populous country in the West African sub-region in 2015.
