Mauritania leader in Saudi Arabia to witness joint military training

Mauritania President Mohamed Ould Abdel Aziz left Nouakchott Wednesday to Saudi Arabia where he is expected to take part in the closing ceremony of "Raad Chemal" (Northern Thunder) joint military training, an official source said.


Mauritanian troops, alongside those from other Arab and Muslim countries allied to Saudi Arabia, are taking part in the joint military training.
