The municipal Chief Executive (MCE) of Sefwi Wiawso, Dominic Gyasi, has embarked on a significant tour across the municipality to inspect various government properties.
This trip forms part of his larger agenda to evaluate the state of public assets and implement restoration measures for those that have fallen into disuse.
He inspected the popular Wiawso government hospital infrastructure and service delivery, and familiarised himself with the staff.
The MCE declared that as the president’s representative, he would work hand-in-hand with all stakeholders and institutions in the Wiawso municipality to promote good governance, professional work ethics, youth empowerment, efficient service delivery, and economic and infrastructural development.
Dominic Gyasi promised to repair the Wiawso government hospital’s defective medical equipment, finish building the maternity ward, and other projects his predecessor, Hon Paul Evans Aidoo, started.
Mr Jelvis Alluekeh, the Sefwi Wiawso Municipal Hospital administrator, praised the MCE for his visit and commitment to inspect the facility and find solutions to pressing challenges confronting the staff and medical beneficiaries.
