The main responsibilities include preparing and presenting group sessions, helping the trainees in shaping their content, creating effective training tools, and developing training models that are effective cross-culturally.
Mentor positions are part-time contracts, but could include periods of full-time work. The candidates must have at least five years of journalism experience in print/online, radio or video content production, and proficiency in using video conference software.
