The leading telecommunications company in Ghana is organizing this fair in partnership with the Association of Ghana Industries (AGI) and the Western Ghana Chamber of Commerce to showcase new technology solutions to Small and Medium Scale Enterprises (SMEs) as well as large Corporate Organizations.
The fair, according to a press release issued, is also expected to create a platform for interaction and networking opportunities for businesses within the Western Region.
Mr. Samuel Addo, General Manager of MTN Business, in his statement identified SMEs as the engine of economic growth for the development of the country.
He said, “MTN has developed ICT Solutions aimed at improving operational efficiencies of SMEs and increase productivity, improve customer experience and ultimately grow businesses.” He urged all individuals and corporate bodies to participate in the fair and to see what opportunities are there for them to leverage.
Participants at the workshop will have the opportunity to experience MTN’s ICT offers which includes Corporate Voice Solutions, Internet & Messaging Solutions, Data Centre Services and Security Solutions. Other products to be showcased include vehicle tracking devices, modems, routers, and corporate devices.
According to MTN, there would also be presentations in Mobile Money, Banking packages for SMEs and MTN Network infrastructure.
The SME Business Fair forms part of activities marking the 2016 Twin City Fest which seeks to celebrate MTN customers in the Western Region.Other activities being undertaken include the MTNInvitational Golf tournament and a Health Walk.
