The Grand Arena in Accra came alive on Easter Sunday as thousands gathered for the 2025 edition of MTN Stands In Worship, an annual gospel concert that has become a spiritual staple on the Christian calendar.
Held under the theme “A Night of Power, Praise, and Pure Joy”, the event offered more than just music—it was a divine encounter marked by electrifying praise, soul-lifting worship, and heartfelt thanksgiving. Opening the night was rising gospel sensation Nii Kwei, who set the tone with a passionate performance that stirred the hearts of early attendees.
He was followed by MTN Viva Voices, the company’s celebrated choral group. Their rich harmonies and spirit-filled renditions raised the energy in the arena and invited everyone into collective worship.

Veteran gospel artiste Hannah Marfo brought decades of ministry to the stage, delivering powerful vocals and inspiring the audience with her unwavering faith.

The legendary Tagoe Sisters followed with timeless classics that had the crowd on their feet, clapping and singing along in a celebration of gospel music’s enduring legacy.
Moses OK led the gathering into a deeper atmosphere of reflection and gratitude with his soul-stirring ministrations, preparing the hearts of many for a night of connection and spiritual renewal.

As the night progressed, the energy reached a peak when Nacee took the stage. Known for his unique blend of inspirational lyrics and vibrant rhythms, Nacee’s performance was a powerful moment of praise, capturing the hearts of worshippers and igniting the crowd in song and dance.
The acclaimed Bethel Revival Choir added a layer of majesty to the night with their choral brilliance, offering a captivating worship session that united voices and hearts in reverence.

Bringing the evening to a grand close was the dynamic Empress Gifty, whose electrifying stagecraft and spirit-led performance turned the Grand Arena into a festival of praise. Her set was a crescendo of joy, as the audience danced, waved, and sang in celebration of the resurrected Christ.
As part of the night’s excitement, MTN Ghana treated attendees to a variety of gifts and surprises, including GH¢1,000 worth of airtime, Samsung mobile phones, and an Apple mobile device. The surprise giveaways added to the festive atmosphere, with attendees eagerly awaiting their turn to receive a gift.
