Naja David Group Workers Declare Strike

The employees have declared a massive strike, if management fails to pay their Four months salary arrears.

They are therefore appealing to the leadership of TUC, Ministry of Employment and Labour Relations to come to their aid.

According to their spokesperson Mr. Joseph Amponsah who spoke to News Ghana, the above mentioned company has Flouted the Labour laws of the land, for not paying workers their overtime allowances, medical bills, 2nd Tie Pensions, Social Security contributions and the rest.

“This has been going on for the past seven years, and several attempts has been made by the TUC led by Mr. Joshua Ansah and the former Ashanti Regional Minister, Hon. Eric Opoku and the Labour Department in Kumasi but proved futile” Joseph Amposah further disclosed.

They are therefore seeking for redress or else, come next Monday they are going to embark on a massive strike.
