Namibia arrests man found with 600 tablets of Mandrax

Police at Namibia's port town of Walvis Bay arrested a man whom they found in possession of 609 Mandrax tablets valued at 60, 900 Namibian dollars (about 4,000 U.S dollars).


In a statement Friday, the police said the man was arrested at a roadblock just outside the port town around midnight.

Livestock thieves arrested
The unidentified man, the police said, is expected to appear in court Monday.
