The Secretary to Jigawa Government, Lawal Abdu, said that individuals and civil society organisations (CSOs) in Jigawa, interested in the national dialogue, were free to participate in it and express their views.
Abdu made the observation via a statement on Sunday in Dutse. The statement said that the Committee on National Dialogue would visit Jigawa on November 12 and hold consultations with the people between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m.
It urged CSOs, women and youth organisations, religious groups, ethnic groups, labour unions, students? leaders, the organised private sector and persons living with disabilities, among others, to attend.
The statement reiterated that the people were free to express their views without any fear of intimidation and coercion.
