A political analyst, Mr. Isaac Kwamena Williams has said that the opposition National Democratic Congress (NC) can make a sweet come back if the party organizes itself well by burying its bitter lost behind it and galvanize its forces together and present itself as a unified body in the 2020 elections.
According to him, the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) is gradually losing confidence among the electorates, and situation he said gives the NDC the opportunity to wrestle power from the NPP if it organizes itself well.
Analyzing the NPP’s six months into office in relation to its 2016 campaign promises, Mr. Williams indicated that the Akufo-Addo led-administration has failed Ghanaians by always shifting blames instead of solving the problems it claims it came to inherit, and this he said could cause the NPP dearly in the next elections.
According to the political analyst, the Ghanaian electorate is no more interested in explanations but solutions, and as such the blame game adopted by the Akufo-Addo led-administration could suffer for that adopted strategy, if care is not taken.
