Neglect And Abuse Of Nature Attributed To Reduction In Life Expectancy

Reduction in life expectancy has been attributed to the neglect of respect of nature and natural law, as well as the abuse of nature in recent times.


The situation is said to have contributed to the upsurge of many strange diseases which were not known to humans years ago.

A Medical expert and Chief Executive Officer [CEO] of Abuburkosua Homeopathic Clinic at Agona Swedru in the Central Region, Nana Aforesian who made this revelation in an interview with Spyghana.Com hinted that the world now sit on a time bomb in the area of health because of the constant pollution of the environment and the constant introduction of agro-chemicals into the agricultural industry.
According to him, these and other factors remain major causes of many strange and alien diseases among humans, leading to reduction in life expectancy in recent times.

He mentioned poor diet, consumption of artificial and chunky foods, intake of polluted air into the body, pollution of water bodies as some of the sources of the destruction of nature, leading to reduction of life expectancy.

He disclosed that people who lived about a century ago lived long because they respected and abided by the laws of nature by eating fresh and green foods with no application of chemicals, and also by protecting the creation by nature.

But he noted that the situation has changed since about half a century ago, as people have now adopted the practice of the use of chemicals in the area of agriculture and preference for the high intake of fatty and chunky foods rather than fresh and green food.

This situation, according to Nana Aforesian, has given rise to conditions likeParkinson disease, Hypertension, Malaria, Stroke, Fibroid and Menopause, among others.
