Airtel Ghana has announced the appointment of Ms Rosy Fynn as its new Customer Experience Director.

A statement issued in Accra by Mr Donald Gwira, Head Corporate Communications and External Affairs and copied to the Ghana News Agency, said Ms Rosy Fynn brings with her a wealth of telecom experience, as well as excellent leadership and execution skills.

The statement said before joining Airtel Ghana, Ms Fynn played a key role in Surfline?s successful commercial launch in 2014 where she was the Marketing Director.

It said her impressive track records had been built along an illustrious career path which cut across finance, consulting and the telecoms industries.

Ms Fynn also worked at Millicom International Cellular (Tigo) where she rose through the ranks from a Commercial Executive to become a Consumer Manager (CMO), and eventually as Head of Brands for Africa.

The statement said she has an educational background with an MBA from Harvard Business School, Boston Massachusetts and a BA (Honours) in Computer Science and Mathematics from Smith College.

At Airtel Ghana, Ms Fynn takes on the responsibility of Customer Experience Director which will require her to identify and charter projects that decrease customer effort, and deliver exceptional customer experience for Airtel customers nationwide.

She would also spearhead the next phase of Airtel Premier, Airtel?s flagship programme that provides high value for customers with exclusive rewards that match their lifestyle.

Mrs Lucy Quist, Managing Director of Airtel Ghana, stated that ?Rosy?s intimate knowledge and understanding of telecommunications, consumer needs and marketing would assist Airtel to enhance relationship with its cherished customers.

The Customer Experience Department has the highest potential of maintaining Airtel Ghana?s Number One position as the most loved brand.
