France-based Black Stars defender,Jonathan Mensah has refuted claims that the senior men’s national team is under pressure to undo the mess they made at last year’s World Cup.


Black Stars have faced loads of stak after their shambolic show at last year’s World Cup staged in Brazil.Pundits of the game believe they are under pressure to redeem their lost Glory at this year’s AFCON.
However,Jonathan Mensah believes Black Stars are not under pressure to deliver because they(Black Stars players) are calm and ready to give out their all to the country.
He observed that “all the players have put everything behind them and are focusing on taking every match at a time.”
He said the Black Stars have learnt loads of lessons from their experience at the World Cup and will do the right thing this time around.
The Black Stars will emplane to Spain on sunday and will be camping there till they move to Equatorial Gunnea for this year’s AFCON.
