TEHRAN — A senior Iranian diplomat on Monday criticized Saudi Arabia’s “unconstructive” role in recent international talks on Syria crisis, threatening to walk out of the talks should the next meeting be “unproductive,” Iran’s Alalam satellite TV reported.
In the meeting in Vienna, “some countries, particularly Saudi Arabia, played negative and unconstructive roles, as they could not provide a logic for their positions vis-a-vis Syria’s conflicts,” Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister for Arab and African affairs Hossein Amir-Abdollahian was quoted as saying. VIENNA — Tougher German border controls have led to a huge increase in the number of migrants stuck in Austria awaiting onward travel, an allegedly confidential document from the Austrian federal government claimed.
The Kronen Zeitung reported the details of the document Monday, stating that in just 11 days, the number of migrants waiting to cross into Germany from the Austrian states of Salzburg and Upper Austria increased from 6,300 to 20,300. (Austria-Refugees)

SRINAGAR, Indian-controlled Kashmir — Two Indian military troopers were killed Monday in skirmishes with Pakistan military on Line of Control (LoC), officials said.
