The two members of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) who were electrocuted while erecting a billboard at Abesim, near Sunyani in the Brong Ahafo Region, have been laid to rest.

Their remains were interred on Friday September 16.

The two, Michael Ameyaw, 20; and Kwaku Kumi, 41, got killed Wednesday, September 7 while serving the NPP.

Two others who were with them sustained various injuries and were rushed to hospital for treatment.
