Obiri Yeboah Unites Constituents Through Clean-Up Excercises

Mr. John Obiri Yeboah one of the aspirants who contested as parliamentary aspirant in the Ofoase-Ayirebi Constituency in the Eastern Region, has organized a clean-up exercise in all communities in the constituency.

The exercise which was piloted in Otwerefo, although it was to ensure healthy community and environment, it was to be used as means to bring the people together in unity.

They weeded and swept the surroundings and de-silted choked gutters in the community.

Mr. John Obiri Yeboah who had lost the primary to Kodwo Oppong Nkrumah, has expressed his determination to ensure that the people in the community unite towards a common goal, thus winning the 2016 elections hence the exercise.

Mr. John Obiri Yeboah has won the hearts of majority of people for his efforts in ensuring unity prevail in the constituency and his efforts in ensuring that the people are healthy.

John Obiri Yeboahhas outlined several programs for the communities which are intended to bring the rank and file of the party in the constituency and the people.

Speaking to John Obiri Yeboah he explained that the cleanup exercise will be replicated in all electoral areas within the Constituency and that at the end of it all, he hopes to see the constituents forging ahead in unity.

He also mentioned that the clean-up exercise is to help improve on the sanitation consition in the various communities.

John Obiri Yeboah said the exercise would be organised periodically to eliminate the breeding sites of mosquitoes in the area to reduce the incidence of malaria fever.

He said since “cleanliness is next to Godliness,” there was the need for them to keep the environment clean. He called on the people to unite to provide social amenities since the government alone could not ensure the development of the area, advising them to bury their political differences and to unite to improve their living conditions.
