BUENOS AIRES — Chinese electronics giant TCL Corporation plans to invest 100 million U.S. dollars in Argentina over the next 12 months, Argentina’s government announced on Tuesday.

ADDIS ABABA — A cornerstone-laying ceremony was conducted on Tuesday to establish a Chinese-invested pharmaceutical plant in Dukem town, about 40 km south of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia’s capital.
