SANAA — At least eight civilians were killed in Saudi-led airstrikes in Yemen’s southern province of Taiz on Thursday, medics and witnesses said.

JERUSALEM/RAMALLAH — The Israeli military shot and killed a Palestinian who allegedly stabbed a soldier in the West Bank on Thursday in the latest incident of violence gripping the region, Israeli authorities and Palestinian medics said.

ARISH, Egypt — Six Egyptian policemen were wounded in a blast that targeted their vehicle on a highway in Arish city of restive North Sinai province on Thursday, a security source said.
