More than 70 Palestinians sustained wounds in clashes with Israeli soldiers in the West Bank on Friday, the Palestinian Red Crescent said.

“Seventy-five Palestinians were injured in clashes with Israeli soldiers in the Beit and Beit Dajan areas near Nablus in the West Bank,” the statement said.

Ten victims have gunshot wounds, and 46 were hit by tear gas.

Skirmishes between Palestinian protesters and Israeli troops on the Mount Sabih near Beita have become an almost daily occurrence as Palestinians battle to stop the rapid construction of the settlement that began in May.
