PAMGAD is a non-governmental organization with the core aim of supporting the holistic development of girls to enhance their advancement in all facets of life.

For our mode of operation we set up PAMGAD clubs in senior high school and hold monthly mentoring sessions with the girls. Our mentors or volunteers are recruited from tertiary institutions, as of now we have volunteers from University of Ghana, KNUST, University of Education Kumasi campus and Kumasi Polytechnic.
We had our first club inauguration at the Church of Christ Senior High School (CHRISEC), on the 15 November, 2014. The ceremony was graced by the headmaster of the school, representatives from Ghana education service and the health coordinator of Golden Star Wassa Mine.
PAMGAD in their speech stated that they very passionate about girl child education, thus the holistic development of the girl child hence the reason for setting up the organization to support girls in their education. Program modules include the self, the learning buddy, Going the distance to kill it, Being boldly different, What changes are you looking for? and Making the grades.

We are certain of the positive changes that will be made in the lives of the girls with our programs and interventions. We call on organisations, cooperate institutions, media and individuals to come in with their support for the organization and our activities. We will soon come knocking at your doors and we would expect you to receive us with wide smiles.
