The companies includes: Ghana Oil Company Limited (GOIL); National Petroleum Authority (NPA), Agapet Oil, Allied Oil, Ai Energy, Ap Oil and Gas, Benab Oil, BF Petroleum, Compass Oleum, Dukes Petroleum, Engen Ghana, Excel Oil, Frimps Oil, Galaxy Oil, Grid Petroleum, Hills Petroleum, Jewel Energy, and Kabore Oil.
The rest are: Oando Ghana, Pacific Oil, Petro Afrique, Petrosol, Puma Energy, Radiance Petroleum, Superior Oil, Strategic Energies, So Energy, Tel Energy, Top Oil, and Vivo Energy.
Mr Kwaku Agyemang-Duah, AOMC Industrial Coordinator told the Ghana News Agency in an interview that the disciplines are: football, tug of war, sack race, 60- metre dash, water ball picking, lime and spoon.
The rest are volley ball, chewing of apple, ludo, and playing cards.
Mr Agyemang-Duah noted that the Petfun seeks to create a social platform for oil marketing companies to build bridges and establish stronger network with other stakeholders across board.
The 2013 PetFun football champions; GOIL is ready to regain the football championship from the 2014 champions Excel Oil Company; whilst the stage would be set for serious war again between GOIL and NPA in the tug of war event.
