He said the struggle to make Ghana a hub of economic powerhouse in Africa and become a leader in development requires an investment in the youth.
Mr Kusi said this at the Possibilities Conference 2016 launch in Accra.
He said the Possibilities Conference, “since its inaugural edition in 2015, has made significant strides in achieving this strategic goal”.
Mr Kusi said the conference is convocation of Ghana’s young business leaders, entrepreneurs, corporate executives and students.
He said the Possibilities Conference has seen distinguished personalities like Mr Emmanuel Dei- Tumi, CEO of Future Leaders Group, Rev Albert Ocran of Legacy and Legacy, Dr William Okyere Frimpong, CEO of Hud Group Ghana, Rev Friztgerald Okonkor MD of Capital Bank, Rev Sam Korankye Ankrah of Royal House Chapel and Mr Godwin Martey, CEO, Web soft Solutions gracing its platform.
The Conference which is on the theme: “The Turing Point,” is scheduled to take place on Saturday, July, 16 at Holiday Inn Hotel in Accra, at 4pm.
This edition would feature Africa’s celebrated businessman; Mr William Ato Essien, Founder, and President of Essien Swiss International Capital Holding.
Mr Essien would speak alongside, global speaker and business leader Dr Randy Impact Osae Bosiako, CEO, KHARIS Group and host of SpiritPreneurship Summit.
According to the LEC Group, organisers of the conference, “participants will have opportunity to network with key industry players, engage each other on ideas and learn from seasoned speakers”.
He expressed the importance of building the capacities of Ghana’s young business leaders and entrepreneur.
He said the organisation is committed to ensure that the youth takes it rightful place of the country.
