President Ouedraogo to grace Pan African Humanitarian Awards

Just recently confirmed is His Excellency President Kadre Desire Ouedraogo – the Former Prime Minister of Burkina Faso who was also Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of West African States and presently the President of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS).
