Now Pune people demand for residential properties which is slowly but surly changing to Township projects. Pune property buyers now says that nothing less than the liberty, freedom and comfort of a township property will do.

Main question arise who are these people? These people are mostly employees from Pune’s booming IT and manufacturing society. Highest demand is from home buyers employed in Hasapsar, Viman Nagar, Kalyani Nagar, Hinjewad and the PCMC MIDC belt. What is it about these Pune Townships projects that make them so different from other residential property available in the market? Many of these township projects are located in the Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation in locations such as Ravet, Moshi and Punavale an existing residents affirm that nothing within the city can match the bliss of living in these magically located projects. The home buyers are fed up with the congestion and are seeking homes in the new and established township projects that making Pune real estate by storm.
