When quizzed on the reason why a Non-government Organisation would engage in such a project Ms Aklerh Okantey averred ?We have a long term goal to build shelters throughout Africa for the homeless and because we can?t just do that straight forward while people continue to suffer, we begun with the provision of love and financial support to needy populations. Since inception, the organization has undertaken seven projects in areas spanning from the Greater Accra Region, Eastern Region and the Brong Ahafo-Region.?

ReachOut World Mission is founded on Christian values with an objective of giving back to the underprivileged in the society.

The most recent of events was at Avenor on the 1st Of July 2015 as a response to help the flood victims of the 3rd June Accra flooding. Through soliciting for funds from the public the organization was able to positively impact the lives of the inhabitants of Avenor.
