Bidie was speaking after meeting with Republic of Congo’s Lands Minister Martin Parfait Aime Coussoud Mavoungou in Brazzaville.

land“We shall work with administrators in the land sector to prevent land conflicts. Prevention of conflicts is our main objective, and we shall ensure that resolved disputes do not result into further conflicts,” he said.

Bidie equally noted that the court bailiffs will participate in recovery of illegally held public land, besides sensitizing the population on the procedure for acquisition of land.

He said this will prevent the growing trend of people illegally occupying public land in the Republic of Congo.

“Court bailiffs are law abiding and will do everything to ensure the land law is respected,” Bidie concluded. Enditem
