Just minutes into Dundee United?s big Europa League qualifier against?DinamoMoscow at?Tannadiceviolence broke out.

A very primitive violence?broke out during the Dundee Utd.?Vrs. Dynamo Moscow game,Scottish?football fans were attacked by Russian thugs during a European match last night. It all started exactly just a minute into Dundee United?s big Europa League qualifying against the?Dinamo?Moscow atTannadice?in Russia.
Over 100 of?Dinamo?s Ultra supporters invaded the home end of the ground. Witnesses told about the terror as the two sets of fans traded punches and wrestling.
A Dundee United supporter said: ?A crowd of Russian fans climbed over a fence separating the two groups of supporters and went for them. ?The only two stewards around at that point were quickly pushed aside. It was a proper, outmoded fashioned and terribly terrifying to watch.?
Allan Preston, Radio Scotland?s match commentator told listeners: ?It seems to be the corporate end, it?s all shirts and ties. Over 30 people involved in the attack.?
The BBC?Sport sound?presenter Richard Gordon said: ?I have to say I cannot remember the last time I saw fighting like that inside a Scottish football ground. ?I saw some Russian fans climbing up on to the barriers and the walkways, trying to get up towards the fans there.
Police reports said: ?There was a disturbance in the Jim McLean Fair Play Stand. ?As a result, there was an increased police presence in the stand to ensure fans were segregated and, after the match, Russian supporters were kept back in the ground for a period of time.? It was rather unfortunate that the police arrested only two fans while only six fans were thrown out.
