Ghana U20 coach Sellas Tetteh has refused to be drawn into speculation linking Milovan Rajevac to the Black Stars ahead of the 2014 World Cup.

The Serbian trainer is being mooted as a potential member of Kwesi Appiah?s backroom staff ahead of the global piece in Brazil in June.

Appiah is reported to have contacted his former boss to play an advisory role for the team in a move which has generated controversy.

Critics have argued a potential appointment of the 54-year-old will be a slap in the face of local coaches.

However, Sellas Tetteh, who guided the Black Satellites to clinch bronze at last year?s FIFAU20 World Cup, refused to comment on the matter, insisting it?s Kwesi Appiah?s prerogative to decide whom he wants to works with.

?Seriously I leave that to him (Kwesi Appiah). I don?t want to comment on that matter,? he said

?He decides who he wants to work with. It?s not up to me to say anything about this.?

Rajevac?remains hugely popular amongst Ghanaians during his impressive reign as coach of the Black Stars where he led the side to the finals of the 2010 Africa Cup of Nations and almost guided Ghana to a historic semi final place?at?the last World Cup in South Africa ? during which time Kwesi?Appiah?was his assistant.
