Brasil replacingb its Capital City of Rio-de Janeiro with new purposely-built and centrally located city, Brasilia, described as one of the cities in the world experiencing very rapid growth….!

Can replacing Ghana’s capital Accra with newly purpose-build City as the national administrative capital help stimulate more balanced regional urban development?

Pragmatic reasons for either agreeing or disagreeing is more needed than just mere symbolical reasons.
