The OAT District of Sierra Leone has made a historic leap in the film industry with the launch of the African Cinematic Universe, a pioneering initiative driven by young local filmmakers aged 16 to 30.

In this groundbreaking effort, Nii Adama Djata and the OAT Empire have teamed up with these emerging talents, securing a 50% stake and serving as primary sponsors for this innovative film company.

Their collaboration has produced Africa’s first superhero movie, which was created entirely by Africans and released on the Anamase Coalition YouTube Channel in two parts.

The film is slated for a high-profile premiere at the Africa Global Peace Summit in Benin this December, underscoring its cultural and cinematic significance.

Remarkably, the entire film was produced using only cell phones, highlighting the resourcefulness and creativity of the Sierra Leonean youth involved in the project.

This initiative builds on recent innovations by King Oyanka and Adama Djata, including the introduction of the “1 Super Computer,” a traditional AI system designed to provide automated workforce solutions.

Both the superhero movie and the AI system align with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), reflecting a solid commitment to advancing technological and cultural progress.
