Ghanaian Movie Director and Producer Socrates Sarfo has publicly advised the dancehall artiste Bandana to cease fire in his open war with his dancehall colleague Kaakie and event organisers Charter House.

Speaking on Peace FM?s Entertainment Review show, Socrates who seemed to be giving a fatherly advice to the self-acclaimed dancehall king in Ghana categorically asked Bandana to stop with his aggressive protest.

According to him, he understood exactly how Bandana felt for not winning the Dancehall Artiste of the Year Award at the 2013 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards held recently in Accra, but that did not give him the mandate to disrespect women in general.

?I understand what you are doing, Bandana, but all I can tell you is to please stop what you are doing,? Socrates advised.

Bandana, who is known in real life as Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jnr had earlier, via social platform, descended heavily on Charter House,  the organisers of the awards, accusing them of illegally giving the Reggae Dancehall Song of the Year award to Kaakie and later releasing a single to that effect.

Interestingly a few minutes before the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards on May 18, Shata Wale admitted on the event?s Red Carpet that if he did not win the Reggae Dancehall Song of the Year award on that night, he was going to be cool about it.

But his actions and recent diss song released currently were saying otherwise. Perhaps it was just in his nature not to accept defeat or genetically, he is a sore loser.
