The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Stratcom Africa, Esther Asaawa Cobbah, has called on experts in communication and those who want achieve excellence in communication to acquire adequate training to enable them deliver excellently.

She said excellent communication would help advance aspirations and achieve prosperity throughout the continent of Africa and the World.

The Chief Executive said this at the launch of Stratcom Africa’s 25-years of excellence in communication under the theme: “Communications Excellence for Africa’s Prosperity in this Digital Age.”

Esther Cobbah, noted African countries need communication that would enable the citizens pool their capabilities and resources together for the benefit of the country.

“Africa’s prosperity will happen when African nations prosper, develop, businesses thrive and individual lives are enhanced.” she indicated.

She said the approach of building consensus for community mobilization is a good tool for facilitating development through excellent communication in Africa.

She therefore called on businesses, particularly, Small-Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to adopt the communication strategy in branding enterprises for growth.

“ individual talents can be harnessed and deployed for the enhancement of their own livelihood and betterment of Africa through the use of effective communication approach.” She added.

She advised communicators to holistically understand the details of communication in order to achieve the important social objectives and demonstrate constant values of services to enable society appreciate those values so as to deliver excellently.

The Board Chair of Stratcom Africa, Prof. Samuel Adjepong, expressed his joy, happiness and heartfelt gratitude to the CEO, Board members and staff for making dream of Stratcom Africa come true in the 25-years of struggle and focus to achieve success.

He entreated all staff to continue with the creative, innovative ideas and nature that would make the company excel in all endeavours.

“you are the key to the success of Stratcom Africa and have made it possible for our business partners and stakeholders to place their faith and trust in us, ” he acknowledged.
