SHARE which stands for Soaring Higher Achieving Real Excellence aims at fostering an environment for women to share ideas, aspirations, challenges, opportunities as well as experiences to help each other succeed in life.
The event which took place today encouraged young women in the media to overcome their fears and develop their talents to achieve the best.
The participants were equipped through practical lessons in developing their God given talents and pursuing their passion. They were also advised to surround themselves with people who impact them positively.
Ms. Sese Gadzekpo, Senior Operations Officer International Finance Corporation (IFC) who was the SHARE resource person for the day was excited about SHARE. She said, “This is a positive and powerful initiative that is encouraging sisterhood and shared experiences. Adding that “SHARE inspires women to bring out the excellence in them”

“I have learnt to overcome my challenges that I am confronted with daily and be outstanding in my career”. Marian Ansah, Citifmonline said.
Sylvia Bedialko, Punch Newspaper expressed, “SHARE is very educative to women and has allowed me to gain a lot of information about how to achieve excellence.”
The media house represented include; United Television, Mirror, Radio Univers, Punch, Citifmonline, TV Africa and Daily Guide
Speaking at the session, Ms. Linda Mireku, Corporate Services Officer of Stratcomm Africa
challenged the participants to also replicate the initiative so that they can impact on other lives with the knowledge that they gain through SHARE.
Subsequent sessions will be organized for different groups of young women.
