Tamale Based Radio Station Burnt!


Mumuni Yunus, a morning show host at Tamale based Radio Justice report that the station and its equipments including vehicles have been set ablaze this morning by some unknown implacable youth.

The illegal acts are believed to be carried out by sympathizers of late Abdul Naziru an NPP activist who was killed yesterday at Aboabo, suburb of Tamale.

According to the host, the attack, he believed is caused by ?comments made by one of his panelist, King Faisal an NPP communicator which suggest that the recent killings are not political but a fight between “wee smokers”

“Six cars including my own motorbike is totally burnt. We are saved as well as our machines, We are indoors with the military personnel” Yunus report.

Fire service and police personnel are also present to maintain peace. At the moment the place is guarded by heavy security.
