Telecel Ghana has successfully restored all services disrupted due to what it termed the “unlawful action” by ATC Ghana.
The telecommunications provider confirmed that the issues have been resolved and that all affected sites are fully operational.
Earlier, ATC Ghana announced its decision to cease providing power to Telecel’s equipment, citing Telecel’s alleged failures to meet contractual obligations. This action triggered a dispute between the two companies.
In response, Telecel Ghana refuted the accusations and escalated the matter to the National Communication Authority (NCA), the regulatory body overseeing the telecommunications sector, for intervention and resolution.
With the restoration efforts now complete, customers of Telecel Ghana can once again resume their normal use of services, providing a sense of normalcy and ease.
