The Things Money Can’t Buy – Apostle Francis Amoako Attah Talks About Love

As the world prepares to celebrate Valentine’s Day, which falls on February 14 of every year, when lovers express their affection with greetings and gifts, the SEER Apostle Francis Amoako Attah delved into the relevance of the celebration.

According to him, Valentine’s Day goes beyond spending so much on a loved one because that, is not a determinant of love.

“Spending so much on your loved one tomorrow doesn’t matter, but there are seven (7) things money can’t buy,” he said.

Apostle Francis Amoako Attah who is the Founder and General Overseer of Parliament Chapel International (PCI), indicated that the first thing that money can’t buy is LOVE.

He makes reference to the Bible, Mark 12:28-31 “One of the teachers of the law came and heard them debating. Noticing that Jesus had given them a good answer, he asked him, “Of all the commandments, which is the most important? “The most important one,” answered Jesus, “is this: ‘Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one.
Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul, with all your mind and with all your strength.” The second is this: Love your neighbor as yourself.’
There is no commandment greater than these.”

According to him, the limit of one’s revelation is the limit of his manifestation, not Satan, explaining that the reasons why nine out of ten Christians are poor is because, “anything from man is information but everything from God is Revelation that sparks Revolution and changes lives.”

He said, love your neighbor like yourself; means if “I cannot love myself for myself, by myself, I cannot love anyone. For me to love you means I love myself, for me to have patience for Nana (referring to the host), I have patience for myself.”

The SEER who delved deeper into the meaning of Loving a Neighbor, and LOVE in its entirety averred that any man who loves himself to the extent that he doesn’t even want any part of his body to be cut with a razor blade would find it difficult to beat or lay his hands on a woman or on his wife.

He also indicated that “You can never give what you don’t have; when Peter met the little child who was crippled, Peter told him “I can’t give you what I don’t have. You ask for money, I don’t have. If I should tell you I will give you money, I will be deceiving you because I don’t have money. But what I have is what I will give you. So, you only give what you have, do you have true Love for you to take somebody out tomorrow? Do you really love yourself, do you really love your life, for you to love somebody tomorrow?”

Apostle Francis Amoako Attah said money can’t buy LIFE (Mark 8: 36).

“Anytime you are playing with Love, you are playing with your Life
As long as we have life in us, this is when we must do and give out what we have for our brothers and sisters.”

Forgiveness (John 8:10,11), and Good Health are also things that cannot be bought with money.

The SEER maintained that as we celebrate Valentine, we must forgive and forget all grudges we bear against one another and stressed that “before you say YES tomorrow when going out, never believe that Love is Blind, never say Yes because the person is good in bed and poor in mind.”

He also makes it clear that in life you are what you see because what you see moves you. You are what you hear because what you near makes you talk; and you are what you eat, because what you eat because what you eat determines your life and death.
