According to the source, the grant is to support Togo in priority fields such as energy, health, agriculture, vocational and technical training, governance and decentralization.

The documentation of the agreement has been signed by the Togolese Ministry of Foreign Affairs Robert Dussey and the German Ministry of Cooperation, the site said.
