Los Angeles ? The Jonas Brothers have fuelled speculation they have split by deleting their Twitter account.
The trio ? made up of siblings Kevin, 25, Joe, 24, and 21-year-old Nick ? recently cancelled their upcoming US tour following a reported bitter bust-up, and their axing of official group Twitter handle @JonasBrothers has simply added to rumours they have broken up.
This also comes after it was reported on PerezHilton.com that Joe?s secret drug habit seems to be the reason for the brothers cancelling their tour. Joe?s representative has since denied the drug rumours.
When trying to access their Twitter account, a message states: ?Sorry, that page doesn?t exist!?
The SOS hitmakers? American tour was due to start in Philadelphia last Friday but they cancelled the gigs following a major argument about the ?direction? their music was going.
?A deep rift?
Jesse Derris, spokesperson for the boy band ? who formed in 2005 ? said: ?There is a deep rift within the band. There was a big a disagreement over their music direction.?
An insider added: ?It?s not a personal fight, it?s about the music. They are brothers, they love each other. Yes, they are still speaking.?
What?s more, both Nick and Kevin haven?t tweeted on their personal Twitter accounts since 1 October, while Joe ? who has more than 6.5 million followers ? last wrote on the social networking site on 8 October.
