
UT Bank has assured its customers and the public of continued banking service at its Airport City branch after a minor fire incident on Thursday morning.

The bank said the necessary health and safety checks at the office were undertaken and the premise was declared safe for business by the Ghana National Fire Service.
A statement issued by bank and copied to the Ghana News Agency said there were no injuries, casualties or damage to equipment at the branch.
?UT Bank?s Mobile Banking van was moved to the Airport City premises as a back-up to continue to delight our customers with our prompt services. All our other branches across the country remain open for business,? Rami Baitie, Head of Corporate Affairs and Marketing of UT Bank assured.
?The safety and security of our employees, customers and stakeholders are of paramount importance to us and we are committed to ensuring that our day to day operations are undertaken within strict safety and emergency guidelines,? he added.
