The Office of the Vice President has refuted allegations of unlawful entry and demolition of properties in the Cantonments area.

A statement released by the Vice President’s Office clarified that neither the Vice President nor his office has any interest in the properties in question.

The statement emphasized that no officer or agent associated with the Vice President has been authorized to undertake any actions related to lands or properties in Cantonments and Labone.

The Office of the Vice President has called on the Inspector General of Police, Dr George Akuffo Dampare, and the police force to collaborate with affected individuals to identify and take legal action against those responsible for the alleged property disputes.

The statement urged the public to disregard any information suggesting otherwise and consider such claims false.
