The Volta Regional Youth Wing of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) applauds the newly registered voters in the region for participating in the recent Limited voter registration exercise.
Led by Mr. Mathias Johnson Alagbo (Kabila), the group sees this turnout as a sign of growing momentum and enthusiasm among the youth for the NDC’s vision and ideals.
Kabila expressed gratitude for the youth’s active involvement in shaping the future of Ghana. He emphasized the importance of their participation in steering the region and the country’s direction, highlighting the need to reject the incumbent NPP government, which he criticized for its handling of unemployment.
Addressing the youth, Kabila urged them to consider the NDC’s track record over the NPP’s promises, especially in light of the current vice president’s role in the government. He emphasized the NPP’s alleged contribution to economic decline, job losses, insecurity, and other crises, calling for a change in leadership for a better future.
In conclusion, Kabila urged the youth to be discerning in their choice, opting for proven leadership and track record over what he described as empty promises from the NPP.
